A Community we can be proud of.
We are more than a care provider; we are carers, service users, families, and partners; united by a shared commitment to deliver quality service where life is celebrated, dignity is preserved, and care is given with the same dedication and kindness we would show our own loved ones.
Care Agency is the kind of care service that I would proudly choose for my family and that I know others will feel proud to choose too.
Why We Started – A Personal Commitment to Care
The decision to start this care agency came from a very personal place. With first-hand experience of supporting family members at home, we understand how important it is to feel confident that those we care about are in safe, compassionate hands.
We have seen first-hand the challenges families face when trying to find the right kind of care. We’ve also seen the gaps in services and the emotional toll it takes when the care system doesn’t meet the needs of those we love most.
These experiences shaped a powerful vision: to create a Community of Care that not only supports people today, but also prepares us for the future. We wanted to build something that would serve adults who are navigating life with care needs now, and future generations who will rely on a system that we shape today.
Care Agency is more than a business, it’s about lives.
A Community of Care You Can Count On.
Our Ethos
At the heart of our service is a simple but powerful principle: we provide the kind of care we would want for our own loved ones. Caring for others like family is how we build a compassionate community we can all be proud of. It is a personal promise. A promise that the care we provide will always be compassionate, respectful, and grounded in humanity.
Maintaining our own first-hand experience caring for an individual within the home environment, we understand the importance of finding someone with the compassion and skill required to care for a loved one.
We are changing the approach to the care system in the UK and implementing a people-first agenda. We want families and loved ones to take comfort in the knowledge that their loved ones will receive the best care available to them.
Our highly trained and compassionate care staff are central to this ethos, and they are recognised, praised, and rewarded for their responsible attitude and work ethic. We understand that personal and reliable care is invaluable.
Our service aims to offer the user the ability to remain in their own home for as long as possible, and we want all families to take comfort in the knowledge that their loved one is in capable, caring hands.
We pride ourselves on possessing all the skills and knowledge required to enhance service users’ quality of care. We cater to the needs of individuals and their families to deliver a truly exceptional care service.
Our staff embody our ethos and are valued in the community, and they are part of our family of unique people seeking to offer the highest standard of care. Clients’ dignity and respect are at the forefront, and through an unfaltering service, we aim to provide their loved ones and families with comfortable, uninterrupted peace of mind.

Why should I choose Care Agency as my domiciliary care provider?
Choosing the right care provider is a deeply personal and important decision. At Care Agency, we offer more than just support — we offer a compassionate partnership grounded in dignity, trust, and respect. A Community of Care, Not Just a Service.
We Care for Our Carers
Care Agency understands that our carers will do an excellent job in their service if they are happy and confident in their abilities. As a result, training is an essential part of our carer induction process. We offer all new staff an induction training course and receive specialist training throughout their time with us.
We have a specialist carer support team who can offer assistance, advice and a listening ear to all of our carers should it be required.
Supporting Independence at Home
We believe the best place to thrive is in your own home. With truly person-centred support, our goal is to help you remain independent, safe, and confident, surrounded by the people, memories, and comforts you love.
Positive Recommendations
We are evolving and growing through word of mouth, gaining positive recommendations because of our consistent, quality service to our clients and carers.
Efficient Response
We have all procedures working effectively and efficiently on each client’s behalf with dependable support staff. We can commence work for a client within 24 to 48 hours of a request.
We’re here when you need us, with flexible support, clear communication, and a care plan that evolves as your needs change. Families take comfort knowing their loved one is in capable, caring hands.
